Clippers Finish Off Historic Comeback Against Golden State

Stephen Curry complemented a game-high 38 points with a career playoff-high 15 rebounds in a historic performance as the Golden State Warriors overwhelmed the Los Angeles Clippers 121-104

After last year's title run, former Warriors' forward David West said that the team often faced internal troubles throughout the season.

Curry had 29 points for the Warriors, including 11 in the final 2:43 of the first half, during which Golden State extended a 13-point lead to 73-50 by halftime.

The Golden State Warriors wasted no time to get their first postseason win as they topped the LA Clippers 121-104.

Clippers coach Doc Rivers praised Beverley as well as Lou Williams, who scored a game-high 36 points.

It didn't take Curry long to get going in this game.

Durant, meanwhile, will enter free agency in the summer - there is no doubt about that - but questions remain if he will sign a max contract with the Warriors or look for new pastures.

"I'll probably be starting games and playing the first three or four minutes and then coming out".

The Golden State Warriors are fearful that All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins has suffered a torn left quad but won't be certain until an MRI examination on Tuesday, league sources told ESPN. They got 22 points from Harrell and 15 from Williams in the first half, but they needed more offence to keep pace with this fast-paced Golden State team.

Read Barr’s prepared remarks for House budget hearing (Mueller isn’t mentioned)
Democrats said they were concerned that Barr's letter portrayed the investigation's findings in an overly favorable way for Trump. Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein concluded the evidence Mueller presented did not amount to an obstruction charge.

Instead the focus will turn to the defensive structures that simply fell apart when the Clippers' offensive surge took hold. Cousins was not contacted on the play and went to the locker room with a limp after the injury.

However, what Bogut provides at this stage of his career is the sense of familiarity, at least with the core Warriors trio of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green. Their only other loss was in Game 4 of last season's Western Conference Finals to the Houston Rockets.

As for her own thoughts, Green-Babers had this response to a Twitter user who complained of the "whacked rotations" employed by Kerr: "Yep, I knew it when he was doing it!"

In the fourth quarter, Kevin Durant of the Warriors and Patrick Beverley of the Clippers were ejected after receiving a second pair of double technical fouls for a continuous stream of back-and-forth jawing. "I've been through something like that, getting hurt, getting all the way back and then getting hurt again, so I know how frustrating it is", Warriors center Kevon Looney said. She just wants nothing but the best for me, from us.

As for the Warriors, who have rarely been on the wrong side of history over the past five seasons, they coughed up the biggest lead in National Basketball Association playoff history. Why?

The Clippers rallied for a shocking 135-131 win over the Warriors on Monday.

Ben Simmons produced a triple-double of 18 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists, becoming just the third 76ers player to record multiple triple-doubles in the playoffs.

Game. Set. Series tied 1-1. "But now, I can appreciate the game even more because I'm so secure with my game".
