On a since-deleted Instagram Live, the rapper is heard saying he would give London "a whole year to be crying and s***" before he would make a move. "And rest in peace to [Nipsey]", he said.

Mr. Black made the following comments that angered T.I. and The Game: "Lauren London that's baby, though".

Both T.I and The Game recorded videos calling Kodak Black out following his initial comments.

His music is being banned on radio stations across Los Angeles but one New York City radio station won't be participating in the boycott.

But for some people, the reaction to his comments has come at a odd time.

The controversy also comes at a time when Kodak, who changed his legal name from Dieuson Octave to Bill K. Kapri in 2018, awaits trial in SC on allegations he raped a woman in a Florence, S.C., hotel room.

He has been reportedly held in solitary confinement in prison due to worries over threats for his life.

He's also been criticised for using homophobic lyrics referencing rapper Young M.A on a song released earlier this year.

Kodak Black's been testing many people over the past few months with his comments.

He was pronounced dead at the hospital, while the other two men are in stable condition.

"For me the outrage against Kodak Black is less about Lauren London and more about Nipsey Hussle", adds the 27-year-old. "It's "You disrespected his woman".

"When you disrespect another man or his legacy, that's what they find wrong - not so much his attitude towards women", Pearl says. "She can call my line".

"People have to listen when women speak".

Nipsey Hussle could have possibly survived the shooting had he not uttered something to the killer after being shot the first time, according to witnesses on the scene on March 31, 2019.
