Ronda Rousey Comments on Reports of Post-WrestleMania Break from WWE

0:39 Sasha Banks collected a win over a tag-team containing Ronda Rousey on Monday night to gain a psychological advantage

There are at least two WWE Superstars that could be returning from injury as soon as this weekend.

In the wake of rumours about Rousey's looming departure, social media has been swarmed with fans asking her to stay.

Rousey's title will be on the line Sunday at Royal Rumble 2019 when she faces Sasha Banks. WWE's statement didn't confirm the idea of motherhood, saying it's "a private matter", although it's something Rousey has been very public about since leaving UFC in 2016 following consecutive knockout defeats.

Recently, a rumour emerged on the internet, stating that Ronda Rousey might be leaving WWE after WrestleMania 35.

However, since then a source from WWE has confirmed that Rousey is contracted to WWE until 2021. She has won the Women's Championship and is now the top woman on the roster. "She wants to have kids and all that".

Whether or not Ronda Rousey is taking a break from WWE after WrestleMania to start a family is her business, and her business alone - so says the Raw Women's Champion.

NBA All-Star Game 2019: Starters and captains CONFIRMED, several big voting surprises
The starters for the 2019 NBA All-Star Game have been announced, and among them is Toronto Raptors superstar Kawhi Leonard . Irving (3,881,766 fan votes) and Curry (3,861,038 fan votes) also topped their respective position groups in fan voting.

In a tearful statement on a video she posted on YouTube on November 22 past year, she acknowledging struggling with this choice.

The ideal setting for such a clash would be Survivor Series, and a hiatus from Rousey could still put her back in time for that event.

"I honestly don't know why [anyone] feels [they're] an authority to speak on plans for my uterus. I've never had a baby before, I don't know these kinds of things", she said.

TMZ rightly pointed out that a simple passing comment by Dave Meltzer on one of his podcasts this week led to "hysteria" and click-bait headlines proclaiming a "bombshell end to Rousey's WWE career". "I guess that's the best thing that could've happened, that I would love it so much it would be so hard to stop".

"But all that energy I spend on the WWE is energy I don't spend on my family". Then again, she might just sign a new contract with the pro wrestling organization.

Rousey, 31, has talked about wanting to start a family and has struggled with the time at home that the grueling WWE schedule forces her to miss.
